具体要求：
Responsibility:
1.Set up RD team of ups design.
2.Lead and manage power supply design team to develop high power supply module
3.Responsible for power supply solution verification, RD work assignment among team members and RD process control.
4.Guide the design and debug of power supply prototype.
5.Prepare product test plan, pre-manufacture support.
Requirement:
1.Bachelor or Master Degree of EE or related field.
2.5+ years R&D experience in ups/industry/communication power supply field.
3.Working experience of PFC converter and isolated DC/DC converter design
4.Familiar with various switching converter topologies, control techniques and magnetic design. Telecom power supply and/or larger power charger design experience a plus
5.Working experience as the leader of switching power supply design a plus.
6. Good read/spoken/written English.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
8. Work under pressure.
9. Self motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team.
