具体要求：
1、Design magnetic part for rectifier and ballast
Design ESL with Italian designer。
2、Define test content and test method for rectifier 、ballast 、ESL and relative part
Rectifier test and inspect
Evaluate test equipment for new product。
3、Check and approve test report for new material。
4、Check and approve MCO for electronic material and ECN for magnetic part in CN2。
5、Support and train product engineer and test engineer
other task that GM arranged。
